Dear Juniors,
Virginia Birrer will no longer be able to lead trainings in 2023 for professional reasons. We thank her for her commitment and wish her all the best for the future.
As a great replacement we have Christian Zwiebelhofer. He starts with us on 1 March and is our new golf instructor and junior coach. Timo Minder and Gordon Abott continue to support the junior training with great pleasure and commitment.
Christian grew up in Freiburg im Breisgau. Like you, he started playing golf there as a teenager.
He did a three-year training as a PGA golf instructor at the Krefeld Golf Club. After that, he worked for two years at the Fleesensee golf resort under ex-national coach Oliver Heuler. Subsequently, he worked for twelve years as a head pro at a club in northern Germany. We are very pleased that we were able to attract him to central Switzerland.

If your parents, grandparents or godparents would like to get a taste of golf, they can even do so with Christian. In addition to junior training, he is also happy to give golf lessons for adults. His teaching philosophy stands for fun with success at every level of play. The focus is on the golfer with his or her individual needs.
