There are three streams, five newly created ponds and two small reed beds on the golf course.
In the course of the last five years of operation of the golf course, the water bodies and reed areas have already become well overgrown and it is interesting to see which species have settled here. In 2022, they were scanned for typical marsh and water plants, and the following year the animals at the water's edge will be examined closely.
It never ceases to amaze us which plants settle over long distances in a very short time and without any human intervention: For example, cattails, reeds and rushes over wind, ducks, duckweed and iris. In addition, the influence of the immediately adjacent cultivated land is the strongest.
A total of 55 plant species were found in the streams and ponds:
Aquatic plants 9 species
marsh plants 13 species
Lean meadow plants 2 species
Pioneer plants 4 species
Ruderal plants 11 species
Bare meadow plants 9 species
Forest plants 7 species
